Business review
The final step in LMI’s proven six-step process is one that happens regularly after the transition has been made and the customer is in full production. It is an overall business review, that can happen annually, or more regularly if the customer wishes. It’s a face-to-face meeting in which we review past performance, discuss any issues that may have occurred and identify opportunities to further benefit our customer’s bottom line.
