Final trial
In the final ramp-up phase, we transition into the final step in the qualification process — a saleable run of a typical production order. This large-scale test will allow for greater experience, any final tweaks and confirmation of seamless, consistent performance. This is also the business transition phase. LMI offers instruction for all procedures, shows the customer how to transition equipment between what existed and what LMI will transition the customer to (in a matter of minutes in most cases). Lastly, we provide a written transition plan. Finalizing qualification includes:
- Production of a typical order volume of saleable products
- Make any final adjustments
- Give customer’s staff any required special instructions
- Create final transition plan with customer
