Production trial
The second phase of the ramp-up process simulates a real production run. Here, we run an order of 100,000 printed lids, using actual artwork in full color to produce actual saleable product. Additional adjustments are made if necessary, and hands-on support by our engineering staff ensures minimal downtime and improved efficiency during the ramp-up phase. Results of ramp-up at this point include:
- All lanes of equipment dialed in for consistency across live run
- Actual samples in hand of saleable, market-ready products
- Confirmation of seal performance
