Vince Incandela
Vice President – Operations
Since 1996, Vince has served as LMI’s vice president in charge of operations. In his role, he oversees the company’s general day-to-day functions and ensures all departments work to reduce costs while continuing to enhance quality and lead times.
In his many years at LMI, Vince has been instrumental in the implementation of lean manufacturing and has decreased yearly costs by initiating crucial waste reduction improvements and efficiency enhancements.
He joined LMI as a purchasing agent in 1990. In no time at all, he had also assumed customer service manager responsibilities and eventually joined production as plant manager. He then moved up to director of operations and on to his current position as VP.
