Joe Kumpfer
Controller
Since 2005, Joe has led the management of LMI’s day-to-day financial responsibilities and has played a key role in strategic decision making for the company.
Joe began his experience here at LMI while still in college, as part of the internship program, and was brought on as part of LMI’s sales division in 2002. He excelled in both internal and outward-facing sales roles before joining the customer service department for two years in 2003 while working on his MBA. After completing his master’s degree in 2005, he moved into his current position as accounting manager.
Joe has undergraduate degrees in management, marketing and economics from Edgewood College, and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin, Parkside.
